Just got back from the most amazing holistic trip in Portugal and I am feeling so inspired to set new intentions.
Join me Saturday, August 23rd @ Town Neck Beach in Sandwich for a new moon ceremony. We’ll start with a 40-45 minute sound bath, using quartz crystal singing bowls, and other sound healing tools.
Bring your intentions you would like to send out to the universe - either in your heart, or on paper. Whatever feels best.
At the end of the sound bath, I will be coming around + laying hands on each person in the circle - providing a few minutes of reiki healing for deep relaxation. Reiki can assist in clearing emotional and physical blockages, and the experience is unique for each individual.

As we approach the end of the summer, we have the opportunity to wrap up the most recent lessons and step into our power, moving forward with gratitude and confidence!
