Forest Mushroom Dinner

OH MYCELIUM... it's National Mushroom Day on October 15th. We are celebrating with a four course wild mushroom dinner featuring Hillside Mushrooms from Little Compton, Rhode Island. Chef has prepared a wonderful menu below:

Roasted Maiitake Hen of the Woods Mushrooms, Final Harvest Autumn Corn Purée, Local Cranberries, Arugula & Toasted Pecans

Pan Seared King Oyster Mushroom “Scallops”, Sweet Pumpkin Risotto, Toasted Pumpkin Seeds & Pea Tendril

Lions Mane Mushroom Seared “Chop”
Lentil Stew, Heirloom Carrots, Haricot Verts & Baby White Turnips

Golden Oyster Mushroom & Hazelnut Chocolate Mousse, Sea-salted Carmel & Whipped Crème Fraîche
