As the days grow shorter and cooler, your body naturally begins to slow down. Fall is a season of transition. This makes it the ideal time for a gentle detox. Using breath, movement, and meditation you will cleanse the body and mind—and make space for clarity and calm.
In this class you will support your body’s transition with breath work, movement, and meditation designed to:

✅ Strengthen digestion
✅ Calm the mind
✅ Support emotional clarity
This practice will help you align with the rhythm of the season—and yourself. The class will end with a relaxing an healing sound bath with the gong, crystal pyramid and alchemy crystal singing bowls. All levels welcome.
