Although you must register to receive your Golden Ticket, you do NOT need to come at the exact time you selected.
The train recognizes all registered passengers during event hours — simply bring your Golden Ticket on any of the event nights to receive your free photo.
Legend says Santa’s train scans the shimmering code on each Golden Ticket, allowing families to enter the station whenever the magic calls to them.
🚂 A Holiday Train Station Filled With Wonder
The Polar Emporium Express visits only the most festive towns each year. Guided by sparkling Wanderflakes, the invisible tracks appear right through Market Street and transform the Emporium into a twinkling North Pole station.
Families walk through lantern lights, hear the hum of the Cocoa Engine, and step into a world where trains run on snowflakes, giggles, and Christmas spirit.

Bring your phone or camera!
Climb aboard Santa’s Carriage Cabin and capture memories filled with warmth, joy, and festive magic — all included with your Golden Ticket.
💌 The North Pole Portal (Train Mail Chute)
Kids can drop letters into the shimmering North Pole Portal, believed to be connected directly to the mail chute of Santa’s own train engine.
Once inside, letters race along enchanted tracks straight to Santa’s workshop.
☕ Magical Hot Chocolate
The station will be serving Polar Cocoa, a cozy winter treat enjoyed by elves, reindeer, and even the train conductor himself.
