Transport your taste buds to Southeast Asia in our Thai Cooking Class, where bold aromas and authentic ingredients come together in a culinary adventure. Start the evening off with a welcome snack of fragrant Thai red curry and coconut soup with tofu, lemongrass, and coriander. Next, fire up your appetite with a mouthwatering starter of Thai beef fillet, perfectly seared and served with crispy baby cabbage and fine green beans.

For the main course, prepare a delicately steamed seabass infused with ginger, soy sauce, and lemongrass and complemented with flavour-packed Thai fried rice (khao pad) and a vibrant long bean stir-fry (pad tua fak yao). Round off your culinary journey with an indulgent dessert, Thai cashew toffee mocha cake, a rich, nutty treat that's the perfect ending to your Thai feast. Ready to spice things up?
