Learn how to prepare flop proof Durban specialties with me as I share all the hints and tips to creating spicy feasts! On the menu...spicy lamb koftas or kebabs, masala prawn breyani, homestyle chicken curry and the hints and tips to making flop proof roti. On the dessert menu, is the decadent chocolate ganache cake. The class includes ingredients and recipes with notes, hints and tips. We look forward to hosting you.
