You'll also prepare Sambal Goreng Kentang, crispy potatoes tossed in a fiery chilli sauce, and Gado-Gado, a refreshing salad of fresh vegetables, tofu and eggs, all coated in a luscious cashew dressing.

End on a sweet note with Martabak Manis, a thick, fluffy pancake filled with chocolate and peanuts – an irresistible treat! Ticket prices are per person and wine is included in this live, interactive cooking class.
