JoHogs September Meeting

JoHogs September meeting is on Wednesday 3rd September at Hogshead Douglasdale.

Our guest will be Willie from Cactus Craft who will give a talk on Abstrax Hop Oils.

We will have a Base American Pale Ale and then have 3 versions of the same beer dosed with different Abstrax extracts. This should be really interesting. Abstrax have isolated flavour and aroma terpenes to create Hop Extracts, Marijuana – like extracts, but without the TCH / CBD, Fruit Terpene Extracts, that are all water soluble, stable and easy to use as a dry hop edition or to dose a keg. This should be really interesting.

Cost is R165 for Members, R185 for guests and includes a Hogshead Burger (Chicken or Beef) and the beer tasting session (Samples of 4 different beers)

League Tasting – Bring along your beers for tasting and feedback. Your best 4 beers for the year count towards the overall Worties Tasting league. We have a fantastic prize lined up this year – watch this space…
