The Science of Grief & Healing

Understand the neurology and physiology of loss and how to support the mind and body through grief.

This workshop is for anyone who is grieving a loss, whether recent or long ago, or supporting a loved on through grief, caregivers, mental health professionals, or anyone seeking to better understand the science of how loss affects the mind and body.

This three-week class will be held on November 6, 13, and 20 from 5:30 - 7:30 pm in the Monarch Room on the first floor of the Bonner General Health Services Building. 423 N. 3rd Ave. Sandpoint, ID 83864.
