Cake and Confectionary Demonstrations

Come watch the beautiful creations of Kathleen Lange – Master Cake Designer & International Instructor, with Confectionary Chalet.

With decades of experience, Kathleen Lange is a renowned cake artist, instructor, and international coach. She teaches cake decorating at all levels and specializes in wedding cake design, floral work, dessert cakes, candy and chocolate artistry. As coach and judge for Team Trinidad at the 2017 WORLD Cake Competition in Milan, she helped lead the team to victory for Best Tasting Cake in the World, competing against 18 countries. Kathleen continues to inspire through local workshops, demonstrations, and global events.

Thursday - Saturday of the 2025 Bonner County Fair in the Main Exhibit Building from 12 PM - 5 PM daily. Free to watch.
