Try this total body strength, agility, mobility, and cardiovascular conditioning class. We use a mix of strength training modalities. Modifications are shown. All levels are welcome. Bring a towel, water, and a smile:)
Class prices: $10/class, $70/10-class package.
*Vista Grande charges a $2.50 per-class fee for BernCo facilities contractors.
