Power Hour - Total Body Strength Training

This is a comprehensive total-body strength and conditioning class that incorporates a variety of training modalities. We will integrate many different weight, core, flexibility, and super-set strategies - every inch of your body will feel it! The nature of this class also has a cardio conditioning element.
