Indoor Cycle + Strength/Core Combo

This is a great 30/30 mix of indoor cycling and strength training. You'll get a total-body experience, which is an incredibly efficient, effective way to train.
It's also fun😅!
SPD pedals and shoe cage options. Bring water and a towel. This class is suitable for riders of all levels. If you're new to indoor cycling, no worries! Please arrive early for proper set-up and instructions. Modifications are shown and varying intensities encouraged.
