Indoor Cycle + Core Combo

This is a great mix of 40 minutes of indoor cycling and 20 minutes of core and flexibility training. You'll get a total-body integrated experience, and it's going to feel great! SPD pedals & shoe cage option - Bring water and a towel. This class is suitable for riders of all levels. If you're new to indoor cycling, no worries! Please arrive early for proper set-up and instructions. Modifications are shown and varying intensities encouraged.
