With a deep devotion to holistic wellbeing and a heart for empowering women, Jenny has guided hundreds of people through the transformative power of breath. As the founder of Jenny Webb Coaching & Consulting, she creates beautiful, safe spaces where women and men can let down their walls, release the stress they’ve been carrying and reconnect with their inner strength and calm.

Her sessions are designed to nurture self-love, regulate the nervous system, and support emotional healing — allowing you to walk away feeling lighter, clearer, and more at peace.

Breathwork offers profound benefits, but it may not be suitable for everyone. Contraindications include (but are not limited to): pregnancy, glaucoma, uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, brain or abdominal aneurysm, uncontrolled thyroid conditions, diabetes, asthma (please bring your inhaler), epilepsy, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or psychiatric hospitalization within the last 10 years.

Having any of these conditions does not necessarily disqualify you from participation but may require medical clearance beforehand. Therefore, carefully reviewing all waiver questions and disclosing any relevant personal circumstances before engaging in Breathwork activities is essential. The waiver will be available to sign at the event.
