We're back for a 2nd year after a hugely successful Beginner and Novice competition last January.

Beginners - First year of competing, never podiumed at a first timers/beginners or competed at Novice level before in any Strength sport.
Novice - Have never won a Novice or higher level strength Competition.
Look at the weights and be honest with yourself when selecting your category.
