About the event

100 Ways YOU Can Help Save the World
The Gafney Library is excited to host “100 Ways YOU Can Help Save the World,” an inspiring presentation by Dawn and Brad Marion. Together, they will share 100 practical and thoughtful ideas for living more sustainably and joyfully. Topics will include self-empowerment, conserving resources, reducing plastic use, simplifying routines, thrifty and mindful shopping, sustainable food preparation, and choosing energy-efficient appliances. They will also explore everyday choices—how we travel, what we wear, and how we stay warm—that impact both personal well-being and the planet. With a focus on helping others, reducing stress, and embracing a life of simplicity, this program encourages participants to reflect on the kind of world they want to create and the small, meaningful steps they can take to get there.

Dawn and Brad will be sharing their own ideas but encourage you to come with your own!
