Try Me Out (intro 2 pole)

Join us at Soul Sisters and take flight with Kimberly in our "Try Me Out" Pole workshop. Learn basic moves and conditioning leading into a combo before moving on to our beginner/intermediate classes.
Spaces are limited so reserve your spot before we sell out!

Wear shorts, a sports bra, and tank top (optional) for class. You use your skin to grip the pole so the more skin showing the better you will be able to grip the pole.

(Bright colors are encouraged as this class will be held in the blacklights)

Bring:
-Water bottle (you'll work up a sweat)
-Grip solution of choice if you have some handy (if not we will have some to test/share during class)
*PLEASE do not apply lotion, skin oils, or lotion/slick types of deodorant the day of class (You will slip-n-slide right off the pole). We ask that jewelry be removed before class begins.
