In a down-to-earth, entertaining, and enlightening program, Jeanette Leardi, author of Aging Sideways: Changing Our Perspectives on Getting Older, offers some surprising, quirky ways to view how we age. She'll explain:

• What we get wrong about aging and why
• How to push back when you encounter ageism
• Four effective strategies for aging in empowered ways

Jeanette Leardi is a social gerontologist, community educator, writer, public speaker, and aging wellness leader who gives engaging in?person and virtual presentations, workshops, and classes; writes articles for national publications; and appears on national broadcasts.
