The Inner Work Collective presents:

A workshop on Codependency.

This immersive and experiential workshop is designed to help individuals identify understand, and begin to heal the patterns of codependent behavior. We will be using interactive exercises and guided emotional work to engage the body and mind in healing.Our objective is to help you recognize and dismantle patterns rooted in codependency.
This workshop is for anyone struggling with people-pleasing, poor boundaries, emotional enmeshment or feeling responsible for other’s feelings and outcomes - whether in family, romantic, or work relationships and friendships.

This workshop will take place at the Biblioteca Pública in SMA. Tickets available at the box office(for 400 pesos) or through Phoenix Gould and Jerome Pasacaris(for 300 pesos).
