ABOUT:
Trunk-or-treat is a safe, low-stress, family friendly activity for all kids. Attendees can collect treats from festively decorated trunks and participate in activities like games, crafts, face painting and more.
This event is completely free and we make the attempt to be as sensory-friendly as possible, avoiding loud music or scary decor. Our team will be on site in various roles. “Trunkers” will be ready with decorated car trunks or tables, and goodies to hand out to “trunk or treaters”; “Boothers” will host games and activities; and “Regulators” will be available to help folks co-regulate if needed. All children will receive a trick or treat bag to receive treats.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Once inside the event, families are free to trick-or-treat at the decorated trunks and visit tables with activities like arts and crafts and games. The treats are mostly non-food items in order to accommodate children with allergies and dietary restrictions. The event takes place in a fenced parking lot with only one entrance/exit, so it is quite safe for families with wanderers.
For families trying to avoid crowds, we encourage them to come closer to the start of the event.
There are indoor bathrooms on-site and accessible parking, and the event takes place on one level to ensure access for wheelchairs, strollers, and those with mobility needs. If you have any other questions or requests regarding accessibility, please let us know! You can contact
