Saturday meditation with San Marcos Sangha
Greetings! Please join us for a Saturday morning sit at Veterans Park in San Marcos. We will meditate for 30 minutes with a Dharma talk and activity to follow. Bring a Zafu, cushion or a blanket to sit on. Being comfortable while meditating is important. Meditators of all "levels" are welcome!
