San Marcos! Modern Buddhism Library Talk
San Marcos! We'll be at the San Marcos Library on Saturday, May 17, 11am-12:15pm.

Buddhist psychology teaches how to identify the habitual emotional habits that lead to unhappy states of mind. Simply noticing what your mind is doing can help you start to take control. Eventually we can learn how to react with healthier states of mind that lead to peace and happiness.

This morning class in San Marcos is suitable for everyone and is taught by Noreen Flack, Resident Teacher from Kadampa Meditation Center Austin. Free.
