Return to Stillness is a full-day wellness retreat thoughtfully crafted to honor the transformative energy of the Fall season—an invitation to pause, to release, and to return home to your Core Self.

Held in a magical backyard in San Leandro and the stunning natural embrace of Lake Chabot’s golden hills, this retreat is more than a pause — it's a sacred reclamation. Through nurturing and healing practices rooted in ancient wisdom and modern mindfulness, we’ll gently support the body, mind, and spirit in letting go of accumulated tension, while opening to inner guidance and grace.

This intentional day-long journey weaves together nourishing modalities and rituals to support your full being:

• Guided Meditations & Gentle Movement to soothe the nervous system and reconnect with inner stillness. Gently release stored tension from the body and come home to yourself through grounded movement and embodied presence.
• Heart-Centered Sharing Circles, held in compassion and presence, where we can speak our truths and witness each other’s paths
• Soulful Community Connection with like-minded seekers who walk the path of spiritual awakening and embodiment
• Ancestral Connection & Invocation – Create space to connect with your lineage, your guides, and the deep knowing that lives within your bones.
• Mindful Nature Walk – Deepen your connection to the land, breathe in the crisp Fall air, and open your senses to the wisdom of the Earth.
• Intention Setting Ceremony – Plant seeds of clarity and transformation for the season ahead, held in a circle of compassionate witnesses

Our retreat will start in a magical residential backyard on the peaceful and beautiful Estudillo States in San Leandro. You will be surrounded by plants, flowers, herbs and a stunning Cedar tree, blessing our sacred space. 

Lake Chabot, San Leandro, CaliforniaAfter lunch we will head out to the hills of the Lake Chabot area. Nestled in the East Bay hills, this sacred land offers the perfect backdrop for returning to your inner stillness—cradled by golden light, rolling landscapes, and the whispering trees.
