About Your Instructor -

My name is Elmira Loftin. I've had what seems like a lifetime of heartbreak and breakups. Over time, I learned to transmute the emotions of heartbreak into positive energy. My breakup in 2008 was my greatest breakthrough - I discovered so much about myself by moving to a new city and learning to truly love me. With experience as a massage therapist, dancer, musician, energy healer, and death doula - I'm able to bridge what feels like death into a positive light.
