All Angler Participant must check in and out at the tournament to avoid disqualification.

3AM : BOAT INSPECTION
4AM : CHECK OUT

8PM - ONWARDS : AWARDING, RAFFLE & GET TOGETHER PARTY
Any catches that are not on shore after the given time shall not qualify as an entry for the tournament.
Endangered Species such as SHARK RAYS and OTHER ENDANGERED MARINE SPECIES are not allowed and must be promptly released back into the water.
Strictly MECHANICAL JIGGING (100g to 900g) ONLY
ELECTRIC ROD & REEL SET UP is NOT ALLOWED
Any Fish caught on HANDLINE JIGGING , TROLLING ,BAIT & WAIT WERIK ,SPEARFISHING or ANY KIND of fishing that is not included in MECHANICAL JIGGING will not qualify as an entry
SABIKI FISHING ATTACHED to the JIG is not ALLOWED
All catches are required to be submitted at check-in for data recording.
Fish can be only caught Inside the MUNICIPAL WATER of BANTON ONLY
FISHING INSIDE a MARINE SANCTUARY is NOT ALLOWED and PUNISHABLE BY LAW
SAFETY
FREE MEALS on the DAY of the TOURNAMENT
Drinking Alcohol is prohibited during the duration of the tournament.
Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited
EQUIPMENT:
MECHANICAL (ROD&REEL) JIGGING ONLY
HANDLINE JIGGING is NOT ALLOWED
Tournament Organizer will inspect boats including cooler/fish bags before departure to ensure compliance with the regulation
FISH FINDERS is NOT ALLOWED
SPECIAL RULES
All boats shall take off simultaneously at 0400H. Any Boat/Angler who departs before the designated time shall be DISQUALIFIED.
All catched/landed fish beyond check in time 1700H shall not be valid as entry
ALL CATCHES should be recorder by CAMERA ON THE SPOT for CATCH of PROOF Purposes
ANGLER SHOULD BE ON UNIFORM (BANTON NATIONAL JIGGING TOURNAMENT UNIFORM) while recording the video as proof of CATCH.
BRING YOUR OWN CAMERA or MOBILE PHONE for RECORDING PURPOSES
NO VIDEO RECORD as PROOF of the CATCH will not be counted as an ENTRY
NO UNIFORM used by the Angler on the video will NOT BE COUNTED as an ENTRY
KEEP in MIND
FISH CAUGHT by THE CHAMPION 1ST RUNNER UP AND 2ND RUNNER UP will be given to the MANAGEMENT to be GIVEN TO OUR SPONSOR if HE/SHE will provide SPONSORSHIP WORTH 30,000PHP and ABOVE
