Women's Leadership and Policy Summit 2025

Supervisor Betty Duong, in partnership with the Valley Health Foundation, invites you to the 8th Annual Santa Clara County Women’s Leadership and Policy Summit — a convening of leaders, advocates, and community members committed to advancing gender equity through policy, leadership, and collaboration.

This full-day event will feature a series of engaging workshops, thoughtful discussions, and community-centered activities focused on equipping participants with the knowledge, tools, and networks to drive positive change in their communities.

This year’s summit will focus on Women Leading Change – Fierce Futures: Rising Together, reflects the urgent need to come together in the face of growing threats to our health, safety, and basic rights. From Medicaid cuts to rising food insecurity and attacks on public education, many of our communities are feeling the pressure. This Summit is about standing strong together, learning from one another, and building a future where everyone can thrive.

• Interactive policy and leadership workshops
• Mindfulness and wellness sessions
• Opportunities to network with local leaders and changemakers
• Light breakfast and lunch provided
• Childcare available with RSVP
