Special Presentation: Navigating Grief During the Holidays

With joyful celebrations and moments of connection, the holiday season also can bring feelings of loss, loneliness, and sadness. Join us for light refreshments and a thoughtful discussion led by Grief Counselor Brad Leary of Sutter Health Hospice of the Valley as we learn how to navigate the complex emotions that can surface at this time of the year.

He’ll share practical tools and coping strategies to help us acknowledge these feelings, find meaningful ways to remember loved ones, and create space for both grief and gratitude.
