Join us for Sonic Flow, a soul-nourishing outdoor wellness experience where mindful Pilates-inspired movement meets the healing vibrations of sound.

Held in the peaceful garden space of SoFA Pocket Park, this 90-minute journey is designed to help you release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself in community and nature.

• Grounding time in nature and space for reflection
• A supportive space open to all levels of experience
