About this Event

Join Roots Community Health Women Of Wellness (WOW) for a peer-led conversation on managing triggers, burnout, perfectionism, and creating safe spaces. This is a chance for women to come together for support, wellness-inspired dialogue, and community connection.

We’ll be joined by wellness professionals Tiara Allen, Associate Clinical Social Worker, and Toni Scott, MSN, PHN, Published Author, and Wellness Strategist.
