About this Dish:
Tagliolini is a very thin style of egg-based ribbon pasta from Piemonte (also locally called tajarin) and Molise. For this dish, these delicate strands are tossed with a decadent butter sauce and topped with premium caviar. In this class, you’ll make your own pasta dough from scratch.
