Beyond Survival: Disability, Resilience, and Justice

What is it like to disabled? Have you ever asked yourself what your life would be like couldn’t perform all the tasks you once could? What if you could never live life the way other people do easily?

In this new education series, we invite you to hear the stories of disabled people in your community share how they live their day-to-day lives right alongside you. We encourage you to come with an open mind of what disability “looks” like; our panel features a wide spectruk of disabilities and abilities, visible and invisible.

Our goal is that you’ll leave this space asking yourself:

1)How does disability go beyond the individual? 2)How, as a community, can we support our neighbors with a disability?
