Youth Services Financial Readiness Workshop: Budgetting for Financial Goals

Build your financial resilience and grow your skills through two collaborations between the Center's Youth and Financial Services departments.

On Wednesday 12/3, we will dive into how your personal expenses and financial goals influence your Spending Plan, aka your desired way to meet your needs and wants. From making your money stretch to saving for an emergency, we will discuss ways to align your financial habits and goals with some tips and tricks mixed in.

A week after on Wednesday 12/10, we will skill build on banking and credit termonology, how bank accounts and maintaining credit can help you, and discuss ways that you can determine the difference between the bad and the good.

Knowledge is power, and these topics help to ensure you are able to navigate the current financial landscape.

These workshops are part of an annual series the Center offers for Youth Series participants, based on feedback provided from previous workshops offered and current requests for more knowledge building.
