About the event

Winter Workshop for Parents and Educators

Registration is open for my mindfulness workshop on January 24th. It is designed to support both parents and educators. We will spend some time in an indulgent restorative practice followed by an mindfulness activity to support calm, connectedness, and focus in your home and/or classroom.
