Come join us at Hands On Gourmet for a fun and interactive class where you'll learn how to make delicious truffles and chocolates from scratch! Chef Joy will guide you through the process step by step, ensuring that you leave with a new skill and a box full of tasty treats. This in-person event is perfect for chocolate lovers of all levels, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro. Don't miss out on this sweet opportunity to indulge your sweet tooth and get creative in the kitchen!

Indulge in a variety of confections in this hands-on technique class with Chef Joy. She'll guide you through making chocolate truffles with dark, milk and white chocolate and delicious inclusions such as cappuccino, Earl Grey and mint. In addition, you'll create chocolate bark and nut brittle. Guests will leave with a variety of treats to take home!

Nonalcoholic beverages will be provided and guests are welcome to bring beer or wine to enjoy during the class.
