Dance Games Strike Back -- (Intermediate Fusion Partner Dance Games)
5-Week Progressive (ish) Series – Mondays in September 2025
hosted by A’lan

Let’s face it… You’re a fusion dancer and part of the rebel resistance. You chose fusion because you wanted freedom—not rigid patterns, not cookie-cutter rules. You want to break the mold, explore the edges, and dance with creativity and connection. This class series is your rebel training ground.

Back by popular demand, and with even more laser power — Dance Games Strike Back is a 5-week progressive series where we level up your fusion through structured play.

Each class is a mini lab with a set structure:

Step 1 – Learn the rules.
Step 2 – Dance the rules.
Step 3 – Share your discoveries.
Step 4 – Switch roles and play again.

Every week is themed around a unique energetic flavor—earth, fire, spirit, water—and we build toward a deep, embodied understanding of partnership and freedom on the dance floor.

Class Schedule –
Sept 1: Followership Games of Embodiment (Yin, Earth Energetic)
Sept 8: Frame & Technique Games (Yang Rising, Fire Energetic)
Sept 15: Leadership Games of Attunement & Musicality (Yang, Spirit Energetic)
Sept 22: Connection & Intimacy Games (Yin Rising, Water Energetic)
Sept 29: Advanced Play & Jedi-Level Improvisation -- with ANGELA

Whether you lead, follow, or switch—come ready to move, laugh, push edges, and feel the force of fusion dance.

Let’s play. Let’s grow. Let’s rebel.
Class is for intermediate dancers and up.

Please do your best to arrive on time to class if you plan to attend. 𝐴𝑛𝑦𝑜𝑛𝑒 𝑎𝑟𝑟𝑖𝑣𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑎𝑓𝑡𝑒𝑟 𝑡ℎ𝑒 20 𝑚𝑖𝑛𝑢𝑡𝑒 𝑚𝑎𝑟𝑘 𝑤𝑖𝑙𝑙 𝑏𝑒 𝑝𝑜𝑙𝑖𝑡𝑒𝑙𝑦 𝑎𝑠𝑘𝑒𝑑 𝑡𝑜 𝑠𝑖𝑡 𝑜𝑢𝑡 𝑡𝑜 𝑎𝑣𝑜𝑖𝑑 𝑑𝑖𝑠𝑡𝑢𝑟𝑏𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑓𝑙𝑜𝑤 𝑜𝑓 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑐𝑙𝑎𝑠𝑠

𝑨𝒏𝒅𝒓𝒆𝒘 𝑲𝒓𝒂𝒖𝒔𝒏𝒊𝒄𝒌
Andrew found his way to Fusion through Swing, and although he still enjoys a good swing out from time to time, the energy and the sense of community from Fusion drew him in enough to never leave. When DJing he's always in search of the elusive blend of styles, energies, and voices that brings joy to a fusion floor - and delights in delivering a set that matches the mood of any given venue or night.
