In this receptive state, you’ll be gently led through a visualization that mirrors the rhythms and beauty of nature. As you connect to this inner terrain, the vibrational frequencies of the practice help regulate your nervous system, release stagnant energy, and dissolve internal blocks.

Jeanine Cliffe is a holistic energy healer and guide who works with high-frequency vibrational energy and visualization techniques. She helps her clients to heal and gain insight on a soul and energetic level. Her career started in psychology and art therapy, working with trauma & dissociative disorders. Facing burnout, she took a break from this type of work and began exploring alternative healing modalities to help calm the nervous system. Over the years, she has incorporated various somatic modalities such as hypnotherapy, visualization, sound, and energy healing as a means to access deeper layers, beyond conscious thoughts. Jeanine also facilitates and curates wellness experiences in beautiful places around the world, always connecting with nature and the energetic frequencies of the planet.
