Relating Beyond the Script: An Authentic Relating Night

Join us for a facilitated authentic relating night exploring relational choice, honesty, and connection beyond default relationship scripts.

This evening offers space to reflect on how we actually experience love and connection — beyond cultural expectations, performance, or prescribed roles. Rather than focusing on “doing relationships right,” we’ll create room to notice how we relate, what feels true, and what we want to practice more consciously.

This experience may be especially resonant for people currently practicing or curious about nonmonogamy and polyamory, while remaining welcoming to anyone interested in conscious, consent-based relating and self-awareness. No prior experience with authentic relating is required.

The evening will be a 2 hour 15 minute facilitated experience at HeartLab, including:

• clear agreements and a grounding arrival
• a small number of structured relational practices
• spacious integration and reflection

The practices are designed to support safety, curiosity, and depth, without pressure to perform or overshare. Facilitation is trauma-informed, consent-based, and oriented toward nervous-system awareness.

The intention is to create a warm container where participants can learn from themselves and each other — and enjoy the process.

Note: This is a community-centered experience designed for connection and shared inquiry rather than dating or cruising. While attraction and curiosity may naturally arise, the focus is on presence, consent, and learning together.
