Opening to Orgasmic Bliss

What's blocking you in the bedroom? Expanding your capacity for pleasure helps you in every room. In this interactive journey, we'll be diving into the fundamentals of becoming more orgasmic and leading a more pleasurable life. Join Suzannah Weiss, sex therapist and author of Eve’s Blessing: Uncovering the Lost Pleasure Behind Female Pain, for a talk on orgasms and full-body pleasure, a Q&A, and an embodiment exercise to increase mindful awareness of sensual sensations. I will discuss vulva anatomy and pleasure as well as how everybody can expand mindfulness and body awareness in their daily life and in the bedroom. All bodies and identities are welcome. You can come with a partner but don't need one; I'll be teaching a breathwork, meditation, and visualization practice that you can do on your own.
