A space for us to sit in circle and to be held. Each month includes a guided opening ritual and workshop, followed by spacious time to mingle at HeartLab.

This month's theme: Sacred Momentum. Gather in community to welcome the year of the Fire Horse! Let us move, individually and collectively, not into a frantic gallop—but a year of sacred momentum.

Through sound, meditation, somatic exercises, and community reflection we will inquire:

❤️‍🔥 How can you lean into your calling with sustainable, sacred momentum?

After a facilitated workshop, we’ll transition into free space. Activity stations offer a container to imagine, go deeper, and co-create.

What This Is

• A facilitated experience blending intentional exercises with ritual-informed practices.
• A space that invites curiosity, experimentation, and gentle discomfort—while honoring you to come as you are and tend to your needs.
• An alternative to meeting people that isn’t centered on bars, apps, or nightlife.

What This Is Not

• A play party.
• A singles or dating event (though meaningful connections of all kinds are welcome!).
• A space that tolerates harm, exclusion, or “isms” of any kind.

Timing Notes

• Doors open at 7:00 PM. Please do your best to arrive on time!
• Doors will close between at 7:30 PM to preserve the integrity of our container.

About Your Facilitator

Britt Pham (they/she) is a second-generation Vietnamese–Lao-American facilitator and creative producer. Their work weaves healing and justice practices to support deeper relationship to our inter-being and our role as future ancestors. Through experience design and sound, Britt creates bridges between the earthly present and the spiritual plane.

Britt holds a BFA in Recorded Music from NYU Tisch School of the Arts, and currently resides upon Ohlone land (colonially known as San Francisco, CA). Their work has appeared everywhere from the halls of New York City museums to the sands of the Wadi Rum Desert.
