Handmade Ravioli Cooking Class

This course will highlight pasta making as well as a flavorful salad and classic semolina cake for dessert.

Pasta has been a cultural mainstay in Rome for most of recorded history. Join Chef Jude to learn the essential techniques and create a delicious menu to enjoy after class.

-Three Cheese Ravioli, Tomato Basil Sauce

-Fresh Green Salad, Roasted Grapes & Hazelnuts, Balsamic Vinaigrette

-Semolina Olive Oil Cake, Cherry Preserves, Vanilla Gelato

Nonalcoholic beverages provided and guests are welcome to bring their own beer/wine at no additional cost.
