Celebrate the launch of ICA SF’s first ever exhibition catalogue for . Get your copy and stay for an in-depth conversation with the artist and LYRA Foundation Curator Meghan Smith.

Followed by an afterparty at The Third Floor at The Jay Hotel.

Supported by Pamela and David Hornik and designed by Miko McGinty, the catalogue centers Cruz’s voice and process. Contributions include essays and interviews by Meghan Smith, curator and activist Jasmine Wahi, and scholar Timothy E. Bradley, who together trace Cruz’s evolving practice, the politics of queer visibility, and the power of chosen family. The book culminates in a section designed by Cruz himself—revealing glimpses into his studio, art historical influences, photoshoots, and personal archives.
