An Exploration in Walk & Breath with Amina Meyer and Nizam-ud-din

Please Join us as we explore the practices of breath and walking concentrations as given by Murshid Samuel Lewis.

Location: Mentogarten 410 Precita Ave. (Precita Park), San Francisco, CA

Part one, 1pm–3pm,
Part two, 3pm–5pm

During part one of the workshop we will remain indoors at the Mentorgarten. In part two we will continue the exploration of The Walks as applied to various terrain. An exploration of breath and embodied rhythm.

Join for either half or both classes.Suggested donation $25. per half, $40. for both, no one turned away for lack of funds.
