¡Hola! It’s that time again—First Friday, October 3, we’re back with ¡HOLA OLA! hosted by Lucia (@luzzyluce). We're celebrating the start of autumn and the season of rest & reflection.

🖋️ Margarita Pintado Burgos (@marga_pintado) – Author of Una muchacha que se parece a mí/ A Girl Who Looks Like Me and Ojo en celo/ Eye in Heat who writes poetry, literary criticism, and creative nonfiction.
🎶 Moni Light (@monilightt) – Latin/American reggae fusion music, high-energy and VERY danceable.

The event is FREE but we encourage donations for Dollar Lunch Club (@dollar_lunch_club) and Mutual Aid Meal Alliance! (MAMA!), local food justice/mutual aid groups that work together to prepare meals for unhoused neighbors in downtown San Diego on a weekly basis.

El evento es GRATIS, pero alentamos las donaciones para Dollar Lunch Club (@dollar_lunch_club) y Mutual Aid Meal Alliance! (MAMA!), grupos locales de justicia alimentaria y ayuda mutua que trabajan juntos para preparar comidas para vecinos sin hogar en el centro de San Diego semanalmente.
