Join The Weekly Club for a rejuvenating afternoon of movement, mindfulness, and community connection. We’ll begin with an all-levels yoga flow which includes gentle postures to release tension and invite energy into your day. From there, immerse yourself in a sound bath session, letting the soothing vibrations wash over you for ultimate relaxation.Afterward, enjoy our social hour to connect with community and enjoy delicious pastries & beverages from local vendors.

Single serve pastries will be provided by Little Oven as well as coffee and tea beverages provided by La Leona Coffee.
