In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this time of year connects to the Metal element, which governs the lungs and large intestine. Join Karen O'Lone for a two-hour experience of Yin Yoga specifically attuned to the energy of Autumn.

In this Yin Yoga workshop we will:🌬️ Open the lungs and chest for deeper breath

💜 Gently stretch the spine in forward folds, lateral bends, twists, and heart openers

Workshop Cancellation Policy:

There are no refunds. Cancellations made by 5:00 PM on the day prior to the workshop will receive a studio credit toward services (not retail products) for the amount paid. Cancellations made after 5:00 PM on the day prior to the workshop will not receive a refund or credit.
