Wellness Series: Sound Bath at the Bar

Though a sound bath may seem like a “new age” concept, the practice of healing bodies through sound is thousands of years old with deep roots in cultures across the world. A sound bath is a meditative experience where attendees are “bathed” in sound waves using singing bowls and other instrumentalities to produce waves of vibrations that can be healing to the body and mind. Jim Eischen Esq., Wellness Subcommittee Co-chair, will open the event and introduce the practice with a brief yoga session and meditation, followed by the sound bath led by Cassandra Borjon, Esq. Come in comfortable clothes and please bring your yoga mat, cushion, or blanket.

Please note: This event is intended for adults only. Due to the meditative and immersive nature of the experience, it is not suitable for children.
