Walk to End Alzheimer's

El Cajon Collaborative formed a team called the El Cajon Collaborators Fighting ALZ for the Walk to End Alzheimer's. Our Collaborative is a community coalition of over eighty social service agencies, healthcare providers, educational institutes, school districts, faith-based organizations and local residents. Our mission is to leverage resources, identify gaps in services, and advocate for new programs in East County to serve our community. Sign up to join our team and come walk or make a donation to honor a loved one as we walk to advance research and care for this insidious disease.
