Tim Flannery returns with The Lunatic Fringe and special surprise guests for a night of bluegrass, country, and rock on San Diego Bay. For more than two decades, “Flan” — former San Diego Padres player, MLB broadcaster, musician, and philanthropist — has made this holiday concert a San Diego tradition. Backed by his ace band, The Lunatic Fringe, his songs and stories come alive aboard Star of India, the oldest active sailing ship in the world.
