The Great Pacific Garbage Patch is an eye-opening documentary that follows Captain Charles Moore and his team as they sail through the Pacific Garbage Patch, collecting data, gathering samples, and raising awareness about the environmental and wildlife impacts of oceanic plastic pollution found far from shore. Following the film there will be a panel discussion with Captain Moore and local experts.
4:30—Doors open for light refreshments and networking and a meet & greet with Captain Moore
